So quiet in the paddock, new

 I went over early to see if I could miss Amy and her horses.  Patti said that Beau had just got put out. I was concerned iwth his walkng at the ed of my visit.

1. Make up Beaus supplements for 3 weeks
2. 90 steps backwards in the paddock
3. Brushed him out top to bottom
1. Interesting kicks when I am working in his hind aroea from only one hoof
2. Each hoof is picked up sufficiently when asked and rewarded
3. I brought up hay for Beau and Dusty
4. Four deer where grazing in the field
5. The cats came out for snacks, I fed them both 2 times both Tiger and Puddin
6. Beaus fur looks strange, it has a strange 2 colors
7. The bugs were terrible and I got the spray and put on Beaus fly mask
8. There were 3 boards with nails sticking up, I totally thought they were dangerous

Finally got to the barn after a Birthday Breakfast with the family

 Patti has said she'd been there since 1130 and it wa after 2pm.  Amy and her boyfriend were all over the place. I dont get a warm feeling from her boyfriend, lots of sneering looks. I try to nod to him or somehting and hes all in his own head.  Might be his stuck up or maybe just shy, I can figure.

Krystyn was there and both Mac was walking around outside, and Callie was doing some sort of warm up in the arena.

It was pretty rainy, raw and cold. I had the warming massage pad, 

Warm Solid Weekend working with Beau

 Last week was a positive time with Beau, both days.

I was able to bring him in myself,

Monday (skipped the weekend) Supplements 100 steps backward

I was looking at his hoofs and then putting together the supplements. Beau has has Biotin for like at least 6 months. I was hoping that his hoofs would be more comfortable. I still really cant pick them but I do get him to pick up his hoofs, each one and he tries to hold them alot more this year 2026 then he did in 2025. 

Windy and cold, but at least it was sunny in the 40s. 

Super cute, this guy was all about hanging out, doing his backward steps, picked up his feet for each time asked.  touched all of his sides.
I was able to completely brush him out, head, neck, back, underneath, legs and he was very calm and I got so much of his fur.

Jack pulled up just after I pulled in and fed the cats.

Beau's water was empty and his lead line was on the ground, I thought that maybe he did something wrong. I asked Krystyn and she said that she just did not get to doing his water. It was about 1pm. I actually think she was too busy with the horse.

Patti redid the stalls, she does such a great job on our ailse but not every stall gets the wonderful work she does. This is Peanuts stall and Cisco's stall.
