Roseland Ranch Herd 2003

I remember waiting in the huge barn for all of the other rider's to get loaded by the step that the wranglers would help each of the children and adults.  The wranglers told us that the horses were just like teenagers and if they stood for too long together they would make mischief iwth each otyher. She also taught us that the horse would pin their ears back when they were thinking about getting in trouble and that we can easily changetheir minds by giving them something to do.  Like teenagers they hate get bored.  I loved the stories they would tell us.  I still think of the info and use it on the ranch with new riders.
