Still working on the Breastplate, great to leave work to see Duke

Left work at about 3pm 35 degrees.  Still things going on but I just left because I didn't want to miss Cassie.  Its been so raining snowing, icy and flooding this week. Got a chance to share some of the Chocolate horses that have been made by Adrienne to my horse friends.  It was so fun.
Still working on getting Duke a breastplate.  The new one is so large it will need to be cut or have new hardware and holes put in the leather.  Also I need to get some small belts for the other breastplate so that Duke's saddle can fit.  The saddle's rings [not sure what they are called] are too small to fit in the large beautiful leather from the leather breastplate.
Tomorrow I am going to tack up Duke in the am just so that Cassie can take a look at the fitting and make adjustments.  Young Bobby popped into the little tack shed and said he really liked the new leather breastplate and gave Cassie some advice on how to make the adjustments.  Im getting so excited but we will get there.  Duke doesn't mind not getting all dolled up.
